Mark A. Bryan, S.E.O., President
Mark Bryan is the President and Owner of Environmental Management & Consulting, Inc. (EM&C). He has over 25 years experience working in the wastewater, stormwater, wetlands, and environmental fields. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 1994 with a degree in Environmental Resource Management, and has been a certified Sewage Enforcement Officer (S.E.O.) in the State of Pennsylvania since 1994. He has worked with engineers, architects, developers, municipal, county, and state officials, and individual homeowners on projects ranging from individual homes to large-scale (100+ home) residental and commercial developments. He started EM&C in 2006 to provide a new option to help clients by providing expertise, data, and advice to enable them to make cost-effective, practical land-use decisions.
