Wetland Delineations, Consulting, and Permitting
Wetland delineation involves the identification of wetland areas on a site that are subject to certain protection requirements from federal, state, and local regulation. Delineating the wetlands on a property allows the client to accurately assess the potential problems that the wetlands might pose for the development or use of the property.
Wetland consulting entails advising the client of options and providing suggested direction for dealing with wetland issues. This helps the client understand what options they have for dealing with wetland issues on their property.

Constructed Wetland Design and Monitoring
Certain types of activities and disturbances within wetlands require mitigation through creation of replacement wetlands. Sometimes, created wetlands can also serve as part of the treatment process for wastewater or stormwater. Regardless of the reason for construction, constructed wetlands need to be properly designed and are often required to undergo periodic monitoring to ensure they are healthy and providing the functions for which they were intended. Proper wetland design and monitoring enables a client to meet the requirements for their created wetlands and can guard against costly and time consuming problems resulting from inadequate construction or maintenance.
